Have you ever been excited about something and then something happens and bring disappointments. It happens to us all. Here’s three tips to practice when disappointment comes unannounced.
- Acknowledge the moment of being disappointed and whatever emotion that show up, it is ok. Feel it.
- Decide to let it go.
- Now that you have let go of that emotion, it is now in the past.
- Have a heart of gratitude and dwell on something that you received that brought you joy.
